A simple recipe for a healthy snack is bread Manchurian. To go with fried rice, we frequently prepare Gobi Manchurian. Here, we just made the Manchurian using bread and the same batter.

Ingredients List:

  • Atta bread- 2 slices
  • Cabbage- 1 TBSP
  • Carrot- 1 TBSP
  • Green slices- chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder – 1 TSP
  • Oil as required
  • Chopped garlic – 1 TSP
  • Chopped ginger – 1 TSP
  • Chopped onion – 1 TBSP
  • Bell pepper yellow- chopped
  • Bell pepper red- chopped
  • Capsicum green- chopped
  • Soya sauce- 1 TBSP
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 TBSP
  • Red chilli sauce – 1 TBSP
  • Vinegar- 1 TBSP

How to Make The Recipe:

  • First, cut the bread and add it to the blender.
  • Without adding any water, blend until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  • Fill an adequate mixing bowl with the prepared breadcrumbs.
  • Add cabbage, carrot, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, and water.
  • To combine, thoroughly squeeze the batter and then add a dough with water.
  • Now prepare little, sphere-shaped balls.
  • Now take a pan and 1 TBSP oil. Now add the balls and cook them until golden brown. Make the crunchy balls and keep them aside.
  • Again, take a pan and oil. To prepare the gravy, add chopped ginger, garlic, and onion. Don’t overcook the ingredients.
  • Now add yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, and capsicum. Cook for some time and add Chinese sauces to the vegetables.
  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar. Add Manchurian balls to the pan. Now cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Your bread manchurian is ready to serve.

How to Make The Recipe:

  • First, we will take 20 gms of Oats that is 2 Tablespoons. Now Oats are full of Soluble Fibre which contains Beta-Glucan which makes a gel-like structure inside your body which helps in reducing fat absorption. This also means that it also reduces your bad cholesterol level and also reduces inflammation of body and Oats also helps fight against various life style diseases like Diabetic, PCOS, Thyroid, and many more.
  • In our next step in learning to how to make healthy oats recipe for breakfast , lunch or dinner, we need to have soaked them in half a cup of hot water, when they are flourish , we will use it.

Ingredients List:

  • Black Chana -60gm
  • Onions
  • Green Chili -2
  • Cumin Seeds -1 TSP
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Olive Oil
  • Fenugreek Powder
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 TSP

How to Make The Recipe:

  • First up I’m going to take about 60 grams of soaked and boiled black chana also known as black gram.
  • Now this has immense benefits it’s a very high source of protein. It’s excellent for the hair and it also has a lot of medicinal properties, it contains a lot of antioxidants, it can help boost your immune system and if had the right way it can actually help fight a lot of diseases because it contains phytochemicals.
  • So, after adding the black Chana which is already cooked, I am adding chopped onions these are roughly chopped onions.
  • I’m using about a small size onion then I’m going to throw in two green chilies whole, there is no chopping needed because eventually we’re going to grind it all together to make a fine paste. Then I’m going to add a few spices like coriander powder. I’m adding it about half a teaspoon, one teaspoon of cumin seeds which I’m using in the whole form, then I’m going to add a very secret and tasty flavourful ingredient called Kasturi Methi commonly known as fenugreek powder.
  • Then I am adding about half a teaspoon some salt, garam masala and you’re good to go but before that don’t forget to add the coriander this is a very important ingredient when it comes to cooking kebabs. Be it Indian cooking or Lebanese whenever we are cooking kebabs we don’t forget the cilantro so, I have added a whole bunch of coriander without having chopped it now.
  • I’m just going to grind it all to a fine paste, as you can see this is again coarsely ground not very fine but enough to make sure that all the ingredients have managed to come together. Once this is done, we are going to form patty shapes good, one and a half to two inches size roundels i managed to make about five to six pieces out of this quantity.
  • If you wish you can make it smaller or bigger depending on whatever time you have. So once this is done, we are going to leave the kebabs to set in the fridge for good 10 to 15 minutes and then we’re going to heat a non-stick pan with just about half a teaspoon of oil and we’re going to cook it well until it is crisp and nice.
  • Kebab will only taste nice when the outside is crunchy and inside is soft so inside is well and soft because it’s all cooked and it’s been brought together by grinding into a paste but the outside to make it crunchy because we’re not frying it we must actually roast it on low flame, for good seven to eight minutes until it has turned the dark brown colour, which every typically known kebab has as you can see they look mouth-watering scrumptious and so tasty.
  • Finally we have reached the end of How to make Chana Kabab for Weight Loss , So once Kababs made, they are all ready to consume and don’t forget to serve it hot with either a mint chutney or a garlic and yogurt dip. If you’re serving the yogurt dip of course it’s not a vegan option but if you want you can use a vegan curd and make it into a dip. So this was the quick and easy recipe of my favourite kebabs when I don’t want to cook long enough meals, I just chop a bowl of salad and enjoy these kebabs. I suggest you do the same beet for lunch or for dinner. This kebab recipe is a sure shot winner. So this is it for today’s video.

Ingredients List:

  • Oats flour -15 grams
  • Wheat flour -15 grams
  • Regular water- 2tbsp
  • Cauliflower -50 grams
  • Ginger
  • Garam masala

How to Make The Recipe:

  • For this Healthy Breakfast Oats Recipe for Weight loss, first I’m going to take 15 grams of oats flour and oats are a great food option especially for people trying to lose weight as they are rich sources of the soluble fiber called beta-glucan and it keeps you full longer and satiated. Then I’m going to add about 50 grams of wheat flour, which is made from whole wheat grains. It is a rich source of vitamin B1 and is also rich in magnesium. Now this is essential for glucose metabolism. Hence this is excellent for people suffering from diabetes. After mixing both the flours, I am going to add about 2tbsp of regular water, so just carefully add water little by little at a time.
  • As you can see my dough almost started shaping up and i need to form a boll out of this. I am kneading it well so there are no lumps and finally you can see my dough is coming together. So just make sure you do it right and end up getting soft dough which we need for our stuffed paratha.
  • Now Finally for this Weight Loss Indian Breakfast recipe it’s time to prepare the filling and for that I am using grated cauliflower. Now cauliflower is high fiber, is low in calories option which is going to give nice texture and flavour to our roti while keeping our tummy full also, So, I am using about 50 grams of grated cauliflower. Next we add the onions. I am using about 10 grams chopped onion. Onion has anti-inflammation and antioxidant properties.
  • The next ingredient is Carom seeds. Carom seeds actually helps in digestion and absorption of nutrients from the food and increase your metabolism.
  • Next step is the super food, grated ginger. Now this contains a compound called gingerols which can actually contain inflammation and contains lot of antioxidants . Then I am adding chopped coriander, which stimulates your digestive enzyme, it is also a good source of fiber. Then it’s time to add my favourite green chilli, they are rich in vitamin A, B6, C and they also contain anti-oxidant.
  • Now it’s time to add some spices like salt to taste, red chilli powder and raw mango powder, this is my favourite because actually nice tangy flavour and last but not the least a little bit just a pinch of garam masala. Then I am going to mix all the ingredients well, so the all come together form nice mix. Now it’s time to roll the dough and the wide into two parts.
  • So, I am going to shaped into equal size balls and make it sure they absolutely round and dump into wheat flour. So after having coated well in wheat flour it’s now time to roll it as this as possible. Because they eventually going to form the top end to bottom of above filing.

Ingredients List:

  • Chopped Capsicum – 1 spoon
  • Hung Curd – one spoon
  • Chopped CABBAGE
  • Onion- one tablespoon
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Wheat bread-2 Slices

How to Make The Recipe:

  • To make this healthy sandwich recipe, first of all let’s prepare it’s filling We will take one spoon of HUNG CURD, the curd whose water is already removed. and in this I will add 1 spoon of finely chopped CAPSICUM.
  • Next we will add one spoon of finely chopped CABBAGE. I have finely chopped these vegetables, and then we will take 1 tablespoon of CUCUMBER. Do remember finer it is chopped the tastier is the filling. And for the crunch on our sandwich , we are adding one tablespoon of ONION in it. And now we will add herbs like CORIANDER and MINT, remember friends, without Coriander and Mint the taste of this healthy Sandwich will not be so tasty and might be end up being bland for you.
  • Now in the next step to making this healthy veg sandwich recipe for breakfast we will add BLACK PEPPER, SALT and I am also adding some dried herbs like OREGANO in my sandwich . So now your filling is ready, just mix it well. And now we will take 2 Slices of ATTA BREAD ( whole wheat bread) . If you want you can use Wheat Brown Bread too but don’t use White Flour Bread as its not good for weight loss .
  • After adding our fillings between the slices of bread , we will decorate it with Tomato Slices from above. I love of add MINT CHUTNEY, which is a homemade fresh chutney, we will put this on one slice of the bread and will close our Sandwich . And now I am taking Half-Spoon of FLAX SEEDS, because this is rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Which means, it helps you in Constipation, and reducing the Inflammation in your body and moreover it is loaded with Anti-Oxidants, so we should take it every day.

Now our quick and easy sandwich recipe for weight loss is almost ready , we roll our  Sandwich just like this with Flax Seeds and we will brush half spoon of oil on our pan.   • Make sure you chop the veggies before you start cooking.
  • Add red chili, ginger, and garlic to the pan. Sauté it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • After that, add veggies to the pan. Add chopped onion, beans, and carrot. Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Ensure you don’t overcook the vegetables to retain the crunchiness.
  • Now take a cauliflower and grate it. Add the cauliflower to the frying pan. Cook it for some time.
  • Now add corn, peas, and bell peppers to the pan. Sauté it until cooked properly.
  • Next, add vinegar, soy sauce, and red chili sauce for a Chinese taste.

To stop her health issues from increasing, she needed to lose weight. Bharti Singh even had a problem with people, calling her only cute and bubbly. It’s understood that no one calls you fat directly at your face. That’s when she thought enough of this cute and bubbly and now it’s time for me to get thin. What do you guys think that our beloved Bharti Singh never tried dieting before? She must have tried it for sure. But people often hesitate away from the name of dieting, and she must have also gone back after trying it.

Thinking the same that at the time of dieting, we have to stay hungry and abstain from eating, the same thing that you all do. But it’s nothing like this. I will tell you how Bharti Singh lost weight so quickly, Even after eating their favourite food throughout the day. Her real motivation was at the time of the second lockdown when her domestic help stopped coming.

Now, you will think about what is this intermittent fasting is? Those who have already heard about it And have been unsuccessful after trying it. Today, I will tell you the successful way by which you can do intermittent fasting and lose weight very quickly. Friends, every diet plan has a name, and the name of this one is Intermittent Fasting. Now tell, what is the new thing? There is nothing new in this thing.

It is the same old technique from our ancient times which nowadays is named Intermittent Fasting. You just have to follow your circadian rhythm. As soon as the sunsets, stop eating and take your next meal after the sun rises. It will benefit your body a lot, but there is a gap of 12 hours between sunrise and sunset. Meaning she used to fast for 17 hours and did not eat anything. Some people do it for 12 hours, some for 14, and some for 17. You have to decide this ratio yourself. Eat only when you are hungry. The longer you will stretch your fasting window, The more benefits you will get. So now you have come to know about intermittent fasting, and it has two windows. One is the eating window, and another one is the fasting window. The ratio that Bharti Singh followed was 17 hours of fasting. And, she used to eat her favourite food for 7 hours.

So, come on, let’s see what was the first meal of Bharti Singh. Bharti Singh is a very big foodie, and she is a pure Punjaban. The food of Amritsar and whole Punjab is incomplete without ghee and butter. Paranthas are eaten at the beginning of the day. So, let me tell you about the first meal of Bharti Singh. The first thing she liked to eat after her fast, is her favourite egg paratha and butter. This breakfast combination is not only delicious but nutritious too. So, this is a hit combination with a few mistakes, about which I will tell you now.

The egg is a very good source of protein. It is the best source of protein. So, it should be included in your diet. And, vegetarian people can take options such as soya, chickpeas or cottage cheese (paneer). Or they can also use lentils to fulfil their protein requirement. Bharti Singh has taken flour here in carbohydrates if you don’t want to take flour. You can take any other millet, or you can also use rice which is in fermented form like dosa and idli. And, in healthy fat, she has taken ghee. Which, I will suggest you eat in your daily diet, This, in your body, as many fat-soluble vitamins such A, D, E and K. This will not only help in glowing your skin but will also keep the bones strong. It will not let you feel hungry for a long time, will give the feeling of satiety.

The stomach will also be full for the next 3 to 4 hours. Maybe this is the reason why Bharti Singh likes this combination. So I have told you the options also, if not then you can follow this diet. But the amount of fibre is not present in it. I would like to give a small tip here. If you want fibre, you can eat it as a fruit an hour before. It means that as soon as you break the fast, You have to first take the fruits which are rich in fibre. Whether you take a mango, banana or apple. You will get a lot of benefits. You can choose any fruit and eat a whole of it. Papaya, Pomegranate or Guava, you can take all these fruits also. It is a very good option and eat this breakfast after its 1 hour. You will find it very tasty, and its nutrition will also increase by 2 times if you eat fruits before this.

So, here we complete the breakfast, which she takes at 12:00 noon. After eating this, For 3 to 4 hours, there is no question of being hungry at all. It means that at 4:00 pm, it’s her tea time. In evening tea, it’s allowed to take normal, tea or coffee, That you people drink with a spoonful of sugar or jaggery. And, with it, you can take a handful of makhana, Or you can take a handful of roasted chickpeas, peanuts or any bhel. Usually, the salted item cooked at home is very nutritious. You can take half a bowl of it. If you want, you can also take nuts, With it, you can take 4 soaked almonds, 2 walnuts and 1 date. I have given many options for the evening snack, Which are very healthy options for you. And yes, if you do not want to drink normal, tea or coffee, Then you can take any herbal tea. So, by taking so much with the evening tea, I am sure you will not feel hungry for the next 1 hour. Now I will meet you at dinner time. And, I will tell what Bharti Singh like to eat at dinner.

It is going to be Bharti Singh’s dinner time and You guys remember that she does not eat anything after 7:00 pm. In fact, she has even said that she follows intermittent fasting so strictly, That her body does not accept any food after 7:00 pm. It means that her health starts deteriorating if she eats late, and this is the best habit. You guys should also follow it. So, if Bharti Singh eats at 7 pm then It is obvious that by 6:30 pm, she starts eating the food. It means that her food should be over by 7:00 pm. And you know that there should not be any haste in the time of eating.

Enjoy and eat your food comfortably and properly chew it slowly. Then only you will get the complete nutrition of food. Let’s see what is in the dinner option of Bharti Singh. She likes to eat lentil and rice (daal-chaawal). And this is such a combination that is made at every home. Everyone eats it with great pleasure. So, her meal consists of a plate full of rice, lots of lentils which is made in ghee. And, additionally, she adds ghee to the rice too. Now, this is also a hit combination and maybe, With the help of this, she will not eat anything for the next 17 hours. So, it is a very good thing that her diet has proteins, carbs and healthy fats too. But then again, here, the name and trace of fibre is missing.

Fibre is very important for you guys, especially for those people who have the problem of constipation. Then start having a plate of salad with it and see how soon it will start, benefiting you. Usually, people make the same mistake that they eat and drink everything all day, But starve themselves at night and do their dieting. Due to this, neither their weight is reduced, nor their body is capable of doing any work. They feel very tired and lazy. Keep this thing in mind that Bharti Singh has also lost weight by eating her favourite food with the help of intermittent fasting. So whatever food she is eating is homemade, whether it is her lunch or dinner. You also follow this.

If you avoid junk food, it will be very good for you. Intermittent fasting does not mean that you can lose weight by eating anything useless. With this, you will have less benefit, And more harm to the body because the outside food (junk food) is processed and has no nutrients in it. Already you are doing intermittent fasting and staying hungry for a long time. But with the help of food, which your body is going to get nourishment, will not be nutritious, And not clean homemade food, then it can mess with you body. Neither you will be able to fast, nor will you be able to continue with your weight loss journey for a long time.

  • 4-5 onions
  • Boiled peas
  • Finely chopped mushrooms
  • Boiled corn
  • 100 grams of moong dal
  • Green capsicum

How to Make The Recipe:

  • Now it’s time to add finely chopped vegetables. First of all, we will add finely chopped onion to it. It is considered very good for digestion. And onions also impart crunchiness to the dish. Now you have to put finely chopped carrots in it. As you know carrots are rich in vitamins and minerals. Now you have to put finely chopped mushrooms in it. The more vegetables you put in it, the more beneficial it will be for you.
  • Now we have to add boiled peas in it. Boiled peas are also rich in fiber and protein. And, they are very nutritious for your body. So, don’t forget to add them. Now you will put boiled corn in fried rice in it. I have used 1 tbsp sweet corn (boiled).
  • The special thing about fried rice is that it gets cooked quickly in a few minutes. Now, you have to put about 50 grams of beans in it. Friends, there are 347 calories in 100 grams of moong dal. If these calories are distributed in a day, and 100 grams of moong dal is consumed in 30-30 grams in all three meals. Then, the stomach will also be full, and the number of calories consumed in our body will also decrease. Think about it. And now we will add about 1 teaspoon finely chopped capsicum to it. Red, yellow and green capsicum. These are very important. Now we have to add tofu to it. It is an excellent source of protein. This is a vegetarian and gluten free recipe. what else do we need? And, the tofu I have used here is vegetable tofu.
